Dancin' Boy

So the funny thing about Bobby is that he dances. I used to think that he was just responding to me (i.e., if I was dancing to amuse him), but in fact when he hears music, he dances. I also used to think he was just expressing that he recognized the music, but he dances to new music too.
Jude has noticed this too, so now she's trying different music to see what he prefers. My observation is that all music does it -- he's as likely to rock out to his Baby Einstein musical blocks as to the Dan Zanes/Sheryl Crow duet of Polly Wolly Doodle. Jude has been playing him more adult fare -- Counting Crows, Gin Blossoms, Indigo Girls, Fergie. It's pretty entertaining.

Since he's constantly in motion these days, it's almost impossible to get the camera to focus for a photo opportunity. You can't tell in the photo, but he's now got two little teeth on the bottom.

Mom
